Minimum Stay and Wedding Costs

The standard smallest stay is three days, but renting it for just 24 hours is also possible. However, this second choice is less recommended because organizing everything in a short time frame can be stressful for newlyweds. Three days and Two nights (accommodation included).

If you want to rent the location for a 3-day event and a 2-night stay, the cost starts at 100.000 Euros. The location is available on weekends and includes accommodation.

Check-in at 10 am.
6 Suites of the Main Palazzo to accommodate up to 12 guests. It is possible to host up to 26 guests at an extra charge.

The Event Day

The event fee is up to 200 guests. It is possible to increase the guest count by paying an extra cost (up to 250 guests).
Music curfew outside at 9:30 pm.
After party ending within 1 am or longer upon extra cost for 3.000 Euros per hour.

DAY 3

Check-out at 9 pm. Guests can check out after a short pool bath on day 3.

Also, the cost of the photoshoot at Villa Balbiano starts from 500 Euros per hour.

Villa Balbiano: Option 2

Two days and One night (accommodation included).

The availability of this place is limited to weekdays, dependent on the location’s availability. For a 2-day event and a 1-night stay, the rental cost starts from 75.000 Euros with the next conditions:

6 Suites of the Main Palazzo to accommodate up to 12 guests. It is possible to host up to 26 guests at an extra charge.
The event fee is up to 55 guests. It is possible to increase the guest count by paying an extra cost.
Music curfew outside at 9:30 pm.
After party ending within 1 am or longer upon extra cost for 3.000 Euros per hour.
Check-out at 9 pm on the second day.

Villa Balbiano: Option 3

One day (accommodation excluded).

The location is also available for 1-day events. For example, the 1-day rental cost without accommodation would start from 50.000 Euros. However, this choice is not available on weekends from May to October. It is only available on weekdays or based on availability. The rental includes only 24 hours, during which you must factor in installation, setup, dismantling, and cleaning.

Guests and providers can access at 10 am. The place must be thoroughly cleaned and tidied by 8:30 am on the next day.

One lake-view suite on the second floor, for preparation, changing, and photoshoot. Extra suites are available for an extra charge.
